Ozone Laundry Support System

The NT 300 is the flagship of the entire Ozone Laundry Support System platform. With the NT 300 you get a complete system capable of handling total wash capacity up to a total of 300 pounds (136 kg) for Hospitality and 250 pounds (113 kg) for healthcare. For correctional facilities and fitness centers the range is up to 350 pounds (158 kg). The beauty of the system is that it is a completely stand alone system. It is wall mounted and requires no user inter-action. There are no dials, pumps, meters, this system is completely automatic and goes to sleep when not in use. It incorporates our patented Passive Injection technology which allows for the ozone gas to be safely and completely mixed into the buildings incoming cold water (without any nitrogen or other hazardous components commonly found on other systems) and then injected into the washer in the same manner as traditional hot water laundering. The system is simple, smart, practical, and above all reliable. The average service call rate on this series is 1 for every 1,000 systems shipped.

OZONE LAUNDRY SUPPORT SYSTEM

The NT-350 Ozone Laundry Support System with the patent pending Passive Injection Technology is really the work horse of the line. Designed with flexibility and cost control in mind the system was a stand alone wall mounted system capable of processing up to 400 pounds of soiled linen at any given time. It requires no user interaction and has both a fail safe mode and sleep mode as standard add ons. The unit sleeps in between cold water fills on your washer and then only produces the necessary amount of ozone your washers can safely use. Additionally the unit has no pumps, pipes, and has only one moving part which accounts for its exceptional field support record.
